How much does a pickup cost?
The app is free to download. Each pickup costs $19.99 and includes up to 5 items. We handle packaging and label printing. Schedule pickups in the app. View pricing.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. ReturnQueen offers pay-per-pickup only. You pay for each pickup you book, with no subscription or recurring charge.
When do I pay for a pickup?
You pay $19.99 when you schedule a pickup in the ReturnQueen app.
Does ReturnQueen take a percentage of my refund?
No. Your retailer issues your refund. Any return or restocking fees are set by the retailer and are separate from the ReturnQueen pickup fee.
How and when will I get my refund?
The retailer issues your refund according to its return policy. Timing varies by retailer. ReturnQueen does not process or hold refunds for returned purchases.
Are there any additional fees?
Each pickup includes up to 5 items, with packaging and label printing included. Oversized items or in-store returns may require an additional fee, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. Retailer return or restocking fees are separate.
Will I be refunded if my pickup cannot be completed?
Yes. If your pickup cannot be completed, we will refund the $19.99 pickup fee. For questions about a pickup-fee refund, contact support in the app or email support@returnqueen.com.
